![]() ![]() The locations that appear in Wasteland 2 are synced to the Citadel. Quartz and the Citadel are synced while New Vegas syncs with Base Cochise and Needles. Wasteland's terrain has been completely deprecated to fit Fallout Sonora. I didn't for Fallout 1.5 and Fallout: Sonora, and there's not a good map with distinguishable Van Buren terrain. I had access to the terrain maps for Fallout 1, 2, and Nevada. I moved it to a ruin on the Fallout 1 map to sync it up with Hoover Dam. New Vegas is depicted to the east in Fallout: Nevada. A railroad did exist between them, but we assume it has been since destroyed. I deleted a fourth railroad attached to Fort Aradesh and Hoover Dam in order to resolve a conflict between Van Buren and New Vegas. This is to match both real-life placement and the established proximity between Long 15 and the Hub. The latter depicts New Reno closer to its real life placement, so I went with that. There's been some modifications that I'd like to mention to explain the creation of the map.įallout 2 and Fallout: Nevada display different placements for New Reno. It's a composite map of every isometric Fallout game's world maps, plus Wasteland 1 and 2.įamiliarity with the games will help one understand which settlement is represented by what dot. Here's the (for now) preliminary version of a map I've been working on since Fall 2018. ![]()
